The reasons why infants and adults are at higher risk today in the event of exposure are because of the inferiority of vaccine-conferred immunity and the loss of exogenous boosting.

Basic survivorship bias. Everyone got measles before the vaccine, so those most at risk died as children and didn't get the disease as adults. Now they survive instead Quelle horreur!

Your reply seems to have nothing to do with what I said, so I'll just repeat that mass vaccination has resulted in an increase in the deaths-per-reported-cases ratio due to shifting the risk burden onto infants and adults.

Lol, that's total nonsense. You're quoting a single sentence about a high death rate in 1990 from a paper written in 1994. The death rate per case of measles is steady at 0.2 in most recent outbreaks, so I guess you're just factually incorrect then
