Completely misrepresented. It was an observational study, so nothing reduced risk (you'd need an RCT to show that). & the relationship was strongly U-shaped. So women who ate less than AND MORE THAN the rec amount were twice as likely to have mood and/or anxiety disorders.

Ethics would be less challenging than the logistics. Would need a large sample followed for a long time and getting participants willing to be randomly assigned to meat condition would be almost impossible

Also, feeding large numbers of people meat/no meat over long periods of time would be incredibly expensive
