Even worse, there's currently no evidence that the more expensive offerings - blood tests, genetics etc - improve nutrition plans beyond the advice you'd get if you went to a dietitian anyway!

The one cool thing I found while researching this blog is that there is apparently some pretty solid evidence that online dietary interventions can be effective, which might improve the cost barrier for access to dietitians in the futurepic.twitter.com/ygObKxO1kX
