To sum up: - no one has even come vaguely close to curing 'cancer' - all they've done is develop a new molecule for treating one type of cancer - this molecule will probably fail to be useful (most of them do)

Well....are these not things that could be taught (at a basic level) in schools? People aren't stupid but few go to med school, we need accurate information & from an early age - e.g. anti-smoking campaigns. Genetic literacy also very low (even in healthcare) #educationiskey

One could argue "knowing how cancer works" is not completely accomplished. And, a large Percentage of what is "known" is false.
