According to the Global Burden of Disease Study (largest and most comprehensive) poor diet is #1 cause of early death in men and #2 worldwide. Poor diet=Low F&V, wholegrains,& nuts/seeds and high red/processed meat, added sugar/salt/trans fats

Fair, but compared to the list above? I doubt that smoking is a lower contributor to poor health than, say, vegetable oils!
