People need to stop shaming hospitals for giving patients "unhealthy" food: 1. Food can be very disease-specific 2. Hospitals are full of very sick people who deserve a break from caring about anything other than getting better

There are surely different things at play here? First being economics and cost of running hospitals, ultimately resulting in low budget food, as is happening in many institutions. The second is someone's ability/will/choice to eat certain foods. Conflating the two is misleading.
