@TamarHaspel should have said “keto is bad if you think like a vegan” — there are so many health benefits beyond weight loss that for these authors to focus on it alone is laughable.
Tried low-carb for a while but it wasn't for me. Lost about 15Kg but put it back on pretty quickly. Eventually managed to keep it off with basic caloric restriction, but I'm toying with trying low-carb again

Nope, I lost most of my weight in 2011-12 when I didn't have a smartphone lol. These days I mostly just restrict calories with portion control and hit the gym 5-6 times a week
