Thank you! Now I understand that it is about reduction of risk measured until the end of the study. I expect the lifetime risk reduction to be a lot higher.

I'd guess at least double the absolute risk from this study, although hard to tell. That being said, implementing a five-point health plan for a lifetime is also going to be a bit harder
