Hi all. I did try to get in touch with the authors for clarification, unsuccessfully. Also, in the copy, I discuss the details of the relationships found in the study. It’s also worth noting that this study shows a (possibly interesting?) correlation, not a causation.
Hi Natalie! I mostly agreed with your copy further down, but I think even then it's a tough one to interpret - the statistical associations are very weak and after correction disappeared, so it might not even be showing a correlation either
