I went through a period of really bad inflammation. I had eczema on my face and joint pain. Someone suggested gluten free to me to help, because of articles like this. So I did it for a whole YEAR with a little improvement.

But I was tired all the time because I was doing this on top of being vegan. So I wasn't getting enough calories. I gave up because I realized what I was doing was not good for me, but I think about it a lot; how other people may be putting themselves at risk.
