So much of the debate about which diet is best is ridiculous Who cares if people can lose an extra 0.7kg on average using on or the other in a randomized trial if both groups lost weight? Neither diet is going to work for everyone anyway

Diets aren't pills, where you can barely notice switching from one to another until the side-effects start They are life, they are family, they are woven into the fabric of our lives Compared to that, an extra half kilo is nothing
