Stan not trying to troll but scepticism is blinding you to real evidince. Ginger does have proven benefits, and I dont see this site as selling anything other than American private health services. Healthy nutrition is a necessary part of all medicine, including psychology.

I love ginger in hot tea and basically ginger in any dishes or desserts. Ginger candy did seem to help my sea sickness(n=1) similarly to OTC products.
