Right. The premises(hopefully) can be agreed are facts. The interpretation and ways of discerning validity are up for discussion .

Isnt that exactly what should be said? It's an opinion. The assumptions matter. For instance, "why assume that the variables for 'screening accuracy', and 'morbidity outcome' etc are static?" They improve over time, so the analysis is flawed by design.
