Ok I think I found the studies he's referring to. He's published a number of research projects that look at the immediate surgical outcomes postoperatively in terms of complications and such https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25270140 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25396702

What I can't find any data for whatsoever is a comparison of the people he's done surgery on with people who were managed by another surgeon or only medically, which is disappointing because that's what people actually care about I think

Same, looked but could not find any peer reviewed articles on neurosurgery outcomes by Teo C on Pubmed. A couple of retrospective reviews published in journal supplements but nothing showing better outcomes that I could see.
