The article often links to the "Validation of the XYZ scale" article, which itself typically does not contain the questions. Often I find myself looking on Google and hoping that the version that I find (retyped by goodness knows who) is the same XYZ, and not, say, the XYZ-2-SF.

I've seen so many examples that reference back through three or four layers to a study that itself didn't publish the questionnaire or was published in the 60s and isn't available online
