What this means is that only a small fraction of people who have a chronic disease actually get treated to the extent that we would like And it's a huge problem for some diseases

My work is, in part, to remedy the first part of the Rule, which is to increase diagnosis so that we can make sure that everyone is getting the care they need

Hmm 1992. Looked at author. Still publishing. But, an inordinate number of corrections. "Rules of thumb" aren't scientific "rules". And, by your own study, it's 30% and 17%. In non- scientific " opportunistic " testing. And, you're not "curing" diabetes. You're treating it.
