I think the most interesting thing about these Roundup lawsuits is that it shows the concepts of risk and cause in a scientific sense are different to those concepts in a legal sense. The epidemiological evidence of glycophosphates causing lymphoma is actually very weak.

The other issue is that NHL isn’t even a single disease. It’s dozens of different forms of lymphoma with different biological therapies and consequences. It’s hard to believe how the findings of major groups of international experts are simply ignored.
