If course she has an advantage. But every elite athlete has an advantage, and there are athletes better than Semenya who we don't attack so

Y chromosome does nothing itself to improve athletic performance. Y chromo. with Leydig Cell Hypoplasia = little T. Y chromo. with 5a Reductase Deficiency = higher T but low DHT, the physiologically active form. Y with Androgen Insensitivity = high T but varied physical response.

So are you arguing that there should not be separate sporting competitions for males and females?

I think that's a complex question that is very hard to answer. My main point is that if we are going to delineate sport by gender, testosterone is not a good way to do it
