- raw meat
- yoghurt
- cornflour
- WATER

Cornflour means fine flour, a hangover from the days when all grain was called corn (as in, corn laws). Celiacs know they must always check the label of items labelled cornflour (and yoghurt, which can sometimes be thickened with wheat starch).

I believe cornflour actually means starch. It's a thickener. Took me a while when I was diagnosed as coeliac to realise I had to tell people to make sure their cornflour was not made from wheat. Also cross-contamination can be a serious problem. So labelled & tested as gf matters
