Reviewed a paper where 18 people were allocated to 1 of 3 treatments in phases (1st 6 to A, 2nd 6 to B...). Authors ‘checked’ baseline chars with tests, then tested a bunch of measures (all p>0.05, no data shown). Huge discussion interpreting that. What a waste of everyone’s time

Also, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that this sounds like every evolutionary psychology paper I've ever read which is, uh, interesting
