Well, we know that they're pretty good trials. If they were all fair comparisons, they should be the same or perhaps less likely
That there are some excellent points there and much of it is talked about in the thread above. The point is more about what gets researched and what gets published, not how good the published research is

As a medical writer, I see a lot of Pharma influences sneak into study design and interpretation when findings is supposed to be ‘arm’s length’. Not throwing out the baby with the bath water but we could do a lot better re: bias
