I'm writing a blog on it at the moment! But, basically, that means that the "autism hazard ratio" (aHR) from their Cox models, after adjustment for a number of things, showed a non-significant difference between all vaccinated and unvaccinated kids in terms of autism rate

They did find a significantly increased risk of autism in the unvaccinated group (ironically) in their unadjusted model, but that was likely due to social confounders

To put it more simply, there was no difference in autism rates between vaccinated and unvaccinated kids, even when adjusting for a number of confounders
