Ahhhh I see the mistake. The NYT article didn't specify, but presumably they're talking about 10ml pens not the 3ml ones. So it would be $140 vs $88 for the pens, that's bad but much less so

there's a big story about pricing transparency there too. It's so hard to tell what people/hospitals/govs are actually paying. Oz has always had a reputation for not properly taking advantage of its monopsony and paying more than it should for pharmaceuticals
