LOCF is fine as a sensitivity analysis, MMRM has to be primary. mITT is fine if well define a priori- the principles of ITT have to be maintained, but the simple ITT definition is often inadequate for a treatment paradigm/patient population.
I agree with the latter portion, but not with LOCF. There are so many better options for analyzing longitudinal data that I can’t see any relevant role for LOCF.
