Blueberries are great - they're a low-sugar tasty snack whose main drawback is that they are super expensive - but they definitely aren't a cure for heart disease So why were there literally hundreds of media organisations saying that they are?

There was a narrative review of a few blueberry studies released this week. It looked at blueberries compared to a placebo control and found some minor improvements in one measure of blood pressure
