      To be fair, what's actually happened here is that some researchers have released a narrative review discussing the possible pathways by which blueberries may be able to reduce blood pressure, and somehow that's become entirely mangled to a hilarious extent

      Also none of the people in any of these studies ate blueberries, what they did was take 11g/d of "powdered wild blueberry extract" that was "equivalent" to 100g of blueberries so there's that as well

      Most of the results they discuss were looking at "flow-mediated vasodilation" and in fact the 40 individual study was the biggest one, most of them had 5-25 participants
