Right, but that's not really a meaningful number. Impossible to know what it means without further analysis
Haha my bad I tend to be very literal. Yes definitely disappointingly poor transparency, although I do trust the data they've released - I don't think anyone's lying - it's just that even they are using misleading figures

They don’t *lie*. They don’t need to. They can just obfuscate until the truth is weeping. Watching the Dept Secretary evade direct questions in
#Estimates is… educational. You can watch yourself this Thursday. -
Agreed. Public institutions rarely lie outright, much easier to just not release data. But I've got people in my mentions right now implying that they're doing exactly that. The alarmist arguments are very silly, it's undermining your much more valid criticisms

Sorry to chime-in but it would seem to me that this particular QoN response was a contemptuous attempt to mislead the Senate. Who really believes that DHS hasn't received and investigated complaints from grieving loved ones of
#RoboDebt victims who have committed suicide!?pic.twitter.com/S8t9Uy5WyU

Me. You'd have to link deaths register with DOHS data to get that which is incredibly sensitive and very unlikely unless specifically requested. Maybe one or two incidents where an inquest has been held but not for the whole population
