They've done bad things sure but that doesn't make releasing extremely sensitive potentially identifiable information a good idea!

Sorry, it has been a very very long 5 days. That was poorly executed sarcasm. Data from this Department can't be trusted, but their aggressive resistance to any outside examination or questioning is troubling, to say the least.

Haha my bad I tend to be very literal. Yes definitely disappointingly poor transparency, although I do trust the data they've released - I don't think anyone's lying - it's just that even they are using misleading figures
