Your bluster seems very authoritative, but I find it hard to believe that the same foods that made my existence unbearable will have no effect on someone else purely because they have been given an autism diagnosis. But God forbid sick people be allowed to eat real food.
But that's the point - they are still healthy but different, even though ASD has been expanded. The only difference is our perception

Is a depressed person just healthy but different? Sometimes very much so, but sometimes there will be a completely unnecessary cause for depression, and it becomes a risk factor for more concrete harms that were also avoidable.
