Well there's probably a little more to it than that. You should talk to the parents involved to find out what they are doing, and how they mitigate the harms of processed food avoidance.
That would seem to be a reasonably path, rather than, say, attributing a 'cure' (implying that a cure for autism is something desirable) to cutting out glutamate in processed foods in a tweet
