Some issues: 1. Autism is not caused by diet 2. Autism cannot be 'cured' 3. Seeing autism as a disease to be cured is problematic 4. PROCESSED FOODS DO NOT CAUSE AUTISM 5. This is wildly irresponsiblepic.twitter.com/rRvTUorbJA

Your bluster seems very authoritative, but I find it hard to believe that the same foods that made my existence unbearable will have no effect on someone else purely because they have been given an autism diagnosis. But God forbid sick people be allowed to eat real food.

Such an odd straw man there. I'm not saying that there is no chance that eating differently might help, I'm saying the claim that cutting out processed foods can 'cure' autism is without basis and that restrictive diets have been shown to be problematic for autistic people

Um, that's why quotation marks were used on the word 'cure, what quotes signify. You should probably put them on 'health' if you think avoiding industrially processed food is 'restrictive'.

The implication is absolutely that cutting processed foods will reverse autism symptoms and provide, at least, a temporary curative effect. That is entirely unsupportable evidentially and there's fairly good evidence of harms

Its just the reason i had amelt down 2 days ago. There is not 1 type of autism. So keto diet is meaningless for some of these claims.

Yes - like cancer, it is meaningless as a one-word diagnosis. See the patient as an individual who is not feeling well, and make them feel better, and support those who do; research needs categories, people don't.
