@virta results. Thousands of none scientists are very happy with it. The scientific basis is sound , so why are you so sceptical ? Have you tried the diet yourself? -
I did do LCHF at one point, but never a full keto diet. Didn't work for me personally, but lots of family members like it. I'm not sure negative is the right word. I'm appropriately cautious given the biases built into the study, I'd say
