But what did it work better than? How much better? What biases influenced that result? What is the incremental cost-effectiveness of doing this as opposed to another treatment? A good primer for this sort of issue is Ben Goldacre's Bad Pharma

For those that it worked for I doubt they give two hoots what you think..? I doubt the many others that have had similar results who have found it on their own care much about your opinions either. It seems to work more effectively than the starvation shake diet the NHS likes.

Actually, the two have never been compared, so no one knows which is more effective Conversely, keto diets have been compared other diets, and have not generally performed much better in clinical trials
