I'd be astonished if it didn't. Real-world specificity is unlikely to be above 97% and AF prevalence in Apple Watch users will undoubtedly be very low. I predict virtually all notifications will be false positives

If they restricted themselves to people over 65 with other risk factors, I'd change my mind. I think that's unlikely tho!
