I went standing, helped enormously. Now not do much, contemplating a change back.... or a hammock. Or having updide down. Or maybe one of those indoor skydiving wind tunnels.

I understand the “if sitting a lot is bad, then stand all the time” gut reaction, but I’ve generally thought a more realistic solution was “sit while you work, but stand up and walk around a bit every hour” - coffee, bathroom, get something from the printer...

That's pretty much what I saw in the research. Standing is an incomplete solution, but moving is usually a good idea
