They basically put some berry extracts onto biofilms created with mouth bacteria and measured how well those bacteria did

So unless you are soaking your teeth in berry extracts - not the berries themselves - I can't see how any of this is even remotely connected to human health

Preclinical research is fascinating, but to convert "disrupting S. mutans virulence properties without significantly affecting bacterial viability" into "prevents tooth decay" is going to take a LOT of time
