Absolutely. I've said it before somewhere, but this graph is certainly biased proportionally in favour of meat for exactly the reason that we tend as a culture to usually cook it.

I'd also add that 'produce' is probably a bit broader of a category than 'meat and poultry' so there's a bit of bias there too (depends of course on the methodology)
