Plus we have to take pharmacology and pass the module or we can’t be a dietitian. In fact we have to pass EVERYTHING on the degree inc placements. Unlike Nutrition only degrees

I'll quote Dara O'Briain here. Nutritionist isn't a protected term. Anyone can call themselves a nutritionist. Dietitian is the legally protected term. Dietitian is like dentist and nutritionist is like toothiologist. (https://goo.gl/e6QKhr )
