*Deep Breath* Ok So Metabolically healthy obesity is a fact. Obese people who are metabolically healthy are much better off than those who aren't BUT Obesity itself is still an independent predictor of ill health (i.e. it's bad for you)
Definitely. But when I had a BMI of 35, I literally couldn't do it at all. Losing weight helped with a lot of the issues that made running more of a chore, made it just that little bit easier for me

I get it. But my legs feel heavy now. And I'm a lot lighter. Like 2 dress sizes/20 kg. But I have endometriosis in my psoas.
