I thought something similar, but I've been unable to find anything solid. Cochrane says may or may not but evidence is not of good quality, so I included in the list!

I have a recollection that the WHO posted something about a spoonful of honey for cough, but that could also be wishful thinking because I love honey.

Yeh it's the only one I'm not sure of. I think current best evidence suggests mostly that we need better evidence
