I see why this happens for alternative medications. If practitioners limited themselves to just the indications that were effective, they wouldn't see many patients

Right! For myself, I favor a plant-based (mostly vegan) diet, b/c I like it, it tastes good, and it works well for my health. Is it right for everyone? No. Keto has great therapeutic potential for some disease states. Is it right for everyone? No. It’s never black and white.
