Yes. Both are really hard, but remember smoking cessation has been facilitated over the years by huge public health initiatives (smoking bans, taxes, etc). I am literally trying to get grant money to help build evidence for keto or other lifestyle interventions for the remission of T2DM. You don't get to have one non randomized study like Virta and lots of case reports and say, dear healthcare system give me all the money for this
