For the past day I have been suffering from major anxiety. I don’t know what has set it off. It’s truly unbearable. I have loads of psychological tools, gained over years of therapy. But when you’re in the midst of an attack they don’t always work. Just wanted to share.

I’m reaching that point too. Which sucks because I feel like it’s a cop out. I’ve learnt many great techniques. They often work on low anxiety levels. But once it boots fully it’s nasty. If only I could stop everyone’s suffering from anxiety or depression. It’s not fun at all

Meds are not a cop out when you are working with therapy in conjunction. You have to do what you have to do to get up from the bottom enough to climb to the top.
