Interesting thank you. Does hyperactive have a specific definition in this context? Does sweets/sugar increase blood glucose/available energy source? If so is it down to the child how they use that energy?

The studies have examined two main questions: a) does sugar increase hyperactive behaviour as reported by parents/teachers and b) does sugar increase the risk of ADHD So far, both answers are negative
