Most countries have some sort of regulation governing what exactly supplement manufacturers are allowed to say, but that doesn't really stop them from making claims

you say 90% ineffective so care to take a punt on how many would be deleterious to some degree? What are your thoughts on theory that supplements make our intestinal absorbing mechanism lazy cos supplements are just there and haven't got to be "extracted" from food
