Humans are even better at being omnivores. We ate pretty much everything in the wild You can see this now - people can lose weight on virtually every diet that we've tried. They just tend to put it back on, and then some

P.S. I got my kitty facts the wrong way around - T2DM is more common in cats, but they are both very rare. Probably somewhere around 0.5% of the population total
