To see why following "ancestral diets" is total nonsense, look no further than the Victorians Rates of obesity/cardiovascular disease were MUCH lower in Victorian times, and yet somehow no one is advocating a Victorian diet I wonder why?

If your diet coach isn't telling you to get plenty of suet, porridge, mutton, offal, eel jelly, and trotters into your diet, clearly they know nothing about losing weight Victorian all the way!

And remember, if you aren't getting your daily dose of thick, unbreathable fog, you aren't doing the "Full Victorian", the key to losing those kilos!
