You might get a tiny addition to certain nutrients by switching oils, but they're still mostly just liquid fat Doesn't stop them from marketing those wonderful claims though!
Appropriate selection of oil for cooking depends on what the application will be. Otherwise, select based on the flavor.
But... but... it’s gluten free! It’s... it’s non-GMO (I think)! If only they’d produce a lite version!?
