It is quite challenging to successfully sue pharmaceutical companies for issues caused by vaccines in all countries, because it is usually impossible to ~prove~ that the vaccine was the cause of any damage That being said, I do not believe it is impossible anywhere

It's impossible to prove because there are many possible causes of most issues that can be related to vaccines. How do you demonstrate that a vaccine caused the anaphylaxis unless it happens right there in the doctor's clinic (which is not often the case)?

That's the point. Very hard to PROVE that it was the vaccine. Should note that this is NOT the case if there were errors in manufacturing. If you can demonstrate negligence, you can sue more easily in the US and elsewhere
