I should be more specific: the study itself looks fine, but calling the diet that they were feeding the monkeys "Mediterannean" is just wonderful silliness, it was essentially a nutrient mash

And while the idea behind the study - looking at the effects of various diets on a non-human model - is sound, the idea that monkeys would respond well to a "Mediterranean" diet is just hilarious
